Description

COMEC WOODWORKING SOLUTIONS - MD (milling/drilling) SERIES

The MD series machines are computer numerical controlled (CNC), multi-axis woodworking centers with highly-customizable head configurations designed to meet a range of specific needs for customers' solid-wood products. These needs include "simple" processes like drilling, mortising, milling, cutting, profiling, and tenoning. The configurations may include 3- to 5-head electrospindles on a stationary or mobile working column with 1-2 independent working fields. Other components include highly-customizable holding benches, locking configurations, and in- and out-feed loaders (more information available upon request).

MD CLASSIC:

The MD Classic series machines are 3-axis woodworking centers best suited for automating simple processes on up to five (5) faces in a single position necessary for products including, but not limited to, chairs, tables, and door components.

MD TOP:

The MD Top series machines are 3- OR 4-axis woodworking centers equipped to handle the automation of simple processes on up to all six (6) faces of long, medium-density elements in a single position necessary for products including, not limited to, cabinets, sofas, beds, baby cribs, and outdoor furniture.
